RETURNS & EXCHANGES

During our online Holiday Popup Shop, only pillows and are eligible to return for a refund. All other items are final sale. All return eligible items must be returned in their original condition with your Return Form filled out with your name and order number.

This will be included in your package. If you need a replacement Return Form, email us, with your order number, at shoponline@pierceandward.com . Unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns.

Delivery charges are not refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts. We advise sending returned packages with a reliable carrier and tracking to: Pierce and Ward Attn: Returns 1956 Hillhurst Ave Los Angeles, CA 90027 Merchandise may also be returned in person at our store on Hillhurst Ave. in Los Angeles.

Please note our store will be closed from: December 25th, 2022 until January 2nd, 2023 Once items are received by us, refunds are credited to the original form of payment and funds are typically available within 2-4 business days. Pierce and Ward does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect product is received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at shoponline@pierceandward.com with your order number and a prepaid return label will be provided to you.

Please ship the item back to us within 48 hours. Once received, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Funds are typically returned to the account within 1-2 business days after processing.
