During our online Holiday Popup Shop, only pillows and are eligible to return for a refund. All other items are final sale. All return eligible items must be returned in their original condition with your Return Form filled out with your name and order number.

This will be included in your package. If you need a replacement Return Form, email us, with your order number, at . Unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns.

Delivery charges are not refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts. Incorrect or Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect product is received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at with your order number and a prepaid return label will be provided to you.

Please ship the item back to us within 48 hours. Once received, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Funds are typically returned to the account within 1-2 business days after processing.
