Return Policy

Online Orders
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Please include the packing slip or order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, email shop@pierceandward.com.

Non-Returnable Items
All Pierce & Ward Collection Furniture marked “Made to Order” are final sale and non-refundable.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact shop@pierceandward.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number. A prepaid return label will be provided. Items must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the label. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds
Please allow 3–10 business days from receipt of the return for processing and bank clearance.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for failed delivery attempts.
