Return Policy

Online Orders:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked “Made to Order” are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email shop@pierceandward.com with your order number within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label. Please return the item within 48 hours of receiving the label. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–10 business days from the time we receive your return for processing and bank clearance.

Return Instructions:
Please send returns to the address below using a reliable carrier with tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
