Oversized George Jones & Sons Madras Ware majolica vase, circa 1890, decorated with deep red peonies against a rich yellow ground. The tall ovoid form is finished with a glossy glaze and marked underneath “Madras Ware England” with the George Jones & Sons crescent monogram.
